This is the Costa Rica La Pastora brought to you by Methodical Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Tarrazu in Costa Rica and was produced by CoopeTarrazu at 1,200 - 1,900 meters above sea level. La Pastora is approachable, clean, and classic with a juicy twist. With just enough nuttiness to temper the syrupy, plummy sweetness, the La Pastora is the perfect subject for whichever brew method has your fancy.

Soft and sweet. Hard to make into espresso
I don't find it that flavorful. It is smooth/not acidic but not that aromatic or rich.
Fine. A bit more of an acid taste. Wouldn't order again.
Perfect for Cold Brew Well Balanced with good fruit flavors
I liked the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans and grounds. Plum flavor stood out and that was good.
Great notes of almond and ginger. A very satisfying experience.
Makes me think of a lighter version of a dark roast. Robust flavor, but not bright. I like it. 4 stars for now while I keep trying new roasts.
Overall pretty good. I found it tasted a little sour to me, but I may just need to tweak my brewing with the French Press.
I love this one --- it's perfectly balanced for me! Basically a perfect cup!
Super solid daily drinker. Deep sweetness and plenty of body. I personally like a bit more fruity acidity, so this one isn't a 5 star. This coffee is great for anyone that likes a sweet coffee with big body, that is solid with out without a dairy/alt dairy additive.
