Ethiopia Aricha

The Ethiopia Aricha was carefully roasted for you by Case Coffee Roasters. This Full Natural coffee was produced in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia roughly 1,900 meters above sea level. It's estimated that one thousand smallholder farmers from different communities come to Aricha to sell their coffee cherries. During collection, Faysel Yonis, manager of Aricha, marks the lots separated by community to ensure traceability and fair payment. The Aricha natural is an incredibly juicy, syrupy coffee from the world-renowned Yirgacheffe growing region in Ethiopia. Notes of strawberry candy, mango juice and honey overwhelm the cup, along with a syrupy, clean body.
