The Ethiopia Kercha Natural was carefully roasted for you by Cat & Cloud Coffee. This Full Natural coffee was grown in the Guji region of Ethiopia between 1800 and 2200 meters above sea level.
1800 - 2200
Very interesting with accurate notes and a good bit of fruity funk to it.
So so. Not the best IMO.
Good. Great aroma that doesn't translate as strongly to the flavor as I'd hoped. Still a good coffee.
Loved the berry note!
Would give this six stars if I could!
The strawberry notes were amazing.. this roast was good from the beginning to my last cup.. tried this through a v-60 and Chemex.. think that this is seriously amazing.. so far “cat and cloud.” Is an amazing coffee company and i am very impressed!
Really enjoyed this one
Fantastic notes of blueberries! Love that natural processing. Makes a really good pour over at relatively high pour temps (94-95 C), but also does a ridiculously tasty cold brew. Highly enjoyable; best coffee from Mistobox yet!
A little more bitter than I was hoping
A real stand out
Really potent aroma and strong berry flavor. The roast is perfect also. Really outstanding cup of coffee! Made with a pour over and with an AeroPress. Both methods produced an outstanding cup.
Too earthy for me
I love it!
Great for Pour Over
Not as good as I was hoping. Don't really taste any chocolate and not necessarily strawberry either. I'd saw just fruity. Off my list ,hope the next coffee is better.
This coffee is light and delicate great pour-over style. Notes to me are lightly floral with a subtle chocolate finish. It is great black and I also enjoyed with light sugar and a little milk. It however was not deep enough in flavor to be used as espresso.
'Balanced' is a good description of this roast. General chocolate notes are at the forefront of this roast. Brewed as pour over at 94C.
UPDATE: As I drank more cups I noticed a bit of a burnt taste to it. Not strong, but present. I wonder if the roast was a little too dark for a typical run of medium roast, or if that's native to Cat & Cloud roasters. Not my preference, but still palatable.
excellent on the pourover! so fruity and smooth
It's probably the least liked that I've had so far.
No flavor - very plain
Not a fan of the strawberry flavor. Reminds me of the blueberry one but not as good. Maybe I just don’t like berries in my coffee....
Amazing black - not acidic at all
Just what we wanted. Nice fruity coffee, but no bitterness.
Strong notes of strawberry jam. A really beautifully roasted coffee. This is exactly the kind of coffee I’m looking for.
Could not get much of the fruity notes out of this one. Tastes better in a latte than it does via pour over. Not a fan.
At times the notes blended together but it was still a delicious cup.
Wonderful cup. Both fruity and chocolaty -smell sip and enjoy
Quite simply the best and most consistent coffee we have received from Mistobox. Chris Baca going hard!
I liked this coffee a lot. I could really taste the strawberry flavor in it.
Ok, not as flavorful as last month. Not a favorite
It's ok. I'm just not a fan of light roasts
Very good. Subtle notes without being overpowering.
Just as described - outstanding fruity flavors without being too acidic/light-bodied.
Good cup, but was flat, nothing really stood out.
Tried on the following brewers: V60, Aeropress, Delter Press.
Had better flavor on the Delter Press and Aeropress.
Good coffee, but already forgotten.
Enjoyable, very balanced coffee. One of my favorites.
Not bad, but just okay. No flavor profiles really stood out.
The strawberry is a little too forward for our taste, but for someone with a sweet tooth this would be a lovely compliment to a shortbread. Really interesting.
I think that this was a too acidic for me. I would have said grapefruit more than strawberry, and it's less balanced than this review would indicate.
