First I thought Meyer lemon. But the sugary sweetness of the coffee hits at the beginning and also the end. The lemon I tasted in the middle was independent from the sugary flavors. The lemon is extremely bright and a dry mouthful. Overall its a balanced coffee and I love it!
Not much there. Some inconsistent cups.
Fantastically floral with lemongrass brightness! The best coffee of the lot so far!
Very bright and a little acidic, but fairly balanced. Excellent lemon and stone fruit aromas. I got a hint of black cherry on the nose as well.
Prepared in Aeropress, got amazing bright lemon notes
This coffee was excellent! 185° in my Aeropress made a fantastic cup. Perfectly balanced and light but still with a rich finish.
