Not my favorite, but not terrible either. Having a hard time putting flavor profile into words. I might prefer something more bold.

The honey process is not something I have had a lot of before and the finish/mouth feel was excellent. Really enjoyed that it has a mellow, pleasing flavor, without too much of a lingering aftertaste.
