The mission of Spyhouse’s Gender Equity Project is to increase gender equity and the empowerment of women, in coffee and the local community, through intentional sourcing practices and sharing of proceeds. Notes of cocoa, hazelnut, citrus, praline, nougat, and apricot.

I liked this pretty well, and my partner was excited to see a Minneapolis based roaster come through, since, that is his hometown. It brewed well in paper and metal filters, and had a robust flavor hot and cold.

Decent flavor and balanced as described. Body was a little thin for me. Would recommend for people that want to stay in their comfort zone with no over exerting flavors. Good quality coffee.
