The Organic Tomorrow Seasonal Project was carefully roasted for you by Ruby Coffee Roasters. The Tomorrow Seasonal Project is designed to target standout coffees from farmers in transition and feature them as single-origin releases. CODECH is an acronym for Coordinator of Organizations for the Development of Concepcion Huista, and is composed of 10 different organizations. This group of producers is located in Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala’s most esteemed coffee-growing regions, and prized for its high altitude and variety of cultivars.

I didn't enjoy this coffee at all. I'm not sure how to describe the flavor aside from awful. When curating future coffees, please steer clear of anything resembling this.

I usually mix different bean varieties together but I tried this one solo when it first arrived. It was so good. Will definitely be ordering it again :)

Definitely gives a fruity taste with a chocolate afterthought. Paired nicely with my banana bread. I love the Ruby coffees and this one is the same: easy to drink and no bitter aftertaste. Brewed flat bottom drip.

I like the mild sweetness + the warm notes. Not my favorite but definitely a great coffee. Could have a bit more fruity notes.

So good, my wife had to text me to say how good the first cup was! It was balanced, worked with and without sweetener/sugar and went well with 1/2 & 1/2
