Just as described. Lively but not unbalanced. A sweet taste and a brightness as it goes down. Delicious on a fresh palette.
Good, lively and clear
Brew Method: Manual Pour Over with Hario V60 ceramic/Hario natural brown filters/Baratzia Encore grinder set to 12-13 Usual coffee amount between 20-30g, with water ratio of 1:16.5. Water temperature approximately 210F. Generally follow the Hoffman method.
The coffee itself is not bad, but this is the first time in five bags I have received where I cannot seem to discern any unique notes or flavors. I have tried adjusting grind, water temp, and agitation, but it consistently comes out as a nice, but underwhelming coffee. Take this with a grain of salt, as I am by no means an expert and a "beginner's palate".
this coffee was not a good recommendation for anyone looking for a single origin espresso. It also was roasted unevenly so it tended to jam up my grinder
This is yummy. Love this coffee. Does exactly what I want and expect a single origin to do. Damn delicious and super flavorful. I can distinctly smell the flavors in grinding and taste them once the coffee cools a bit. And the bag is one of the more beautiful ones I've seen. More like this please.
A nice fruity cup that is not overpowering.
This is a good coffee. The roast is light and the beans are a bit larger than most. The mouth feel is comforting and there is enough sweetness that isn't syrupy and then you get that VERY ripe on the ground Stone Fruit flavor. The acidity on this felt middle of the road but it lasts a bit, so that is a nice finish. Good coffee.
Very enjoyable. Great smell and smooth slightly juicy mouthfeel.
