We liked it. It was a little weak but otherwise the taste was very smooth and flavors were subtle and not bold, which was fine

This was a medium dark coffee and I quite liked it. My extractions were inconsistent, but when they were good the coffee was quite tasty.

Tasted bad, had to throw it away. Maybe over-roasted/burnt?

My wife and I prepared the coffee at Chemex 10 oz water / 15 grams coffee. The coffee is full-bodied, and we tasted a small note of ground. We felt a little sourness and when the coffee cooled a bit - the tastes changed completely. Could you please send next box with softer and more sweaty taste. This one would be for my wife and she prefers mild tastes. Maybe something vanilla/nutty/almond/caramel/chocolate...
