This is Big Riff brought to you by Metric Coffee Co. Big Riff is sweet, creamy and perfectly balanced. Have it in the morning, as your apertíf, for dessert or any time of day. We don’t make your rules. Big Riff offers a roast with a little more development that highlights the coffees dried fruit and plum notes. It is the perfect option for espresso but also a well-rounded drip offering.
Bland and dirty tasting, even after multiple attempts at changing grind size and ratio. There are hints of richer flavors there but not much more than that.
The taste is as unexciting as the packaging, unfortunately.
I like the balance of this coffee. Great flavors peeking through and pairs well with a sweet of savory breakfast.
Great batch of beans, local place so it was fresh
Slightly darker than I like it. Good flavor though.
I love the sweetness peeking through those chocolate and nut flavors. The bag says medium-dark roast, which would normally turn me off, I don't like dark roast, but nothing about the look, smell, or taste says "dark roast" to me. Well balanced.
A really versatile coffee. Did great in drip, French press, and Aeropress.
Pretty good, with an intense and interesting profile. Not my favorite of all time but worth trying.
Nice coffee. Well balanced, nutty cocoa flavors. Good with cream and a touch of sugar.
Not great packaging... somewhat lighter notes than expected

The tasting notes on this batch were dark chocolate, stonefruit, & citrus but the only flavor I get is dark chocolate/cacao. it's fine - but too pronounced and one note for my tastes!
Love this! Nutty chocolate notes. One of my favorites.
Easy to drink. Has a bold after taste. I guess I'm 50-50 on this one - I don't love it but certainly don't hate it.
