Description
The Brazil Dulce Signature was carefully roasted for you by Methodical Coffee. Two coffees, both from female producers, were blended together to produce a rich, nutty, and balanced cup. This is a 50/50 blend of a naturally processed Yellow Catuai coffee varietal and a honey processed Mondo Novo coffee varietal. The coffees were sourced and blended from two separate farms, Fazenda Morada Da Prata and Fazenda São Francisco, both operated by women producers Maria Helena Dumont and Selma Veira.

Loved this coffee. I don't freely give 5 star reviews, but there is something very appealing to me about this flavor. The undertones are perfect. Difficult to put into words, but my wife felt the same way.

Solid cup of coffee, but doesn’t have a lot of complexity. The chocolate and nuttiness comes through super well on the nose, but weaker when brewed (at least with pour over). Still need to try as moka espresso.

Excellent coffee, great roast. Has a good oat-y flavor. It is quite a bit different from previous coffees we’ve had. It’s an excellent roast, but also not one we’d want every time.

Very good, a nice dark chocolate taste with a nutty finish. It isn’t too acidic or bitter. Had a nice sweetness to it.

This was fantastic! It was surprisingly difficult to dial in and required a much coarser grind than expected but it was worth the effort. I loved the nutty flavor and how it coated the tongue. The dark chocolate lingering aftertaste I wasn't as much of a fan of but this is fantastic with milk.

Gosh, hate to come of the gates throwing out 5-stars... but this coffee is complete fire. From the smell of the beans to the taste of my cup, it was enjoyable. Very smooth and satisfying. Clearly was an upgrade from the coffee I've been drinking. <3

I brewed this two ways, with an espresso machine, and with a pour over. I made a Cappuccino and I got a smooth balanced coffee with noticeable chocolate and nutty tastes. As a pour over this was very balanced and not strong at all, which I like. When I made this as a cappuccino, it was in the top 3 best cappuccinos I've ever had, I love the chocolate hints, and its not too strong a perfect medium.

I like this coffee a lot, it smells great and has no negative flavors or features for me. It is very smooth, but doesn't have a lot of flavor notes that I can pick out. Pros: nice aroma, low acidity, no bitterness. Cons: flavor is not very striking. I'll try a few more brew variations and see if I want to update this rating. Thanks!

Unsuspecting delicious flavors - I expected it to be darker and lean heavier into the nutty flavors, but it was in-fact quite balanced and made for an excellent cup of coffee. I would drink it in the morning before work, and while it was an exceptional flavor, it was a bit heavier than I would want to drink multiple cups of in the morning. Highly rated and will order again!

It has a very fresh, fruity taste to me. It is a very delicious coffee but that fruity flavor does not last very long. I have only made it hot, but I do think it will make a delicious cold brew, so I will make that next. It also reheats well when made in the Chemex!

This coffee tastes as described, well balanced, chocolatey, nutty. Very good quality and fresh. If you prefer a standard coffee taste, you will be very happy with it. However, I prefer coffees with a bit more character.

Could taste tones of dark chocolate and almonds. Woody, light body and roasted taste. Overall a great coffee.
However, I think for my next coffee I would prefer something chocolate, fruity (more in the berry range like cherry) and less nutty or woody.

This was an excellent coffee. Bold and beautiful! Chocolate and cherry notes in both the nose and the taste. There was no bitterness, it was very smooth. Very enjoyable.

Honey processed coffee has a bit of a funk to it that some people really enjoy. I think it's interesting, but ultimately not a flavor profile I want first thing in the morning. It wasn't overly strong, but enough that I probably wouldn't choose this again.

Mild and boring. This is the first brew I've had from Mistobox that I didn't like. Brewed with filtered water in v60, it's very flat and without much flavor.
