I'm a bit torn about this one. Never had air-dried coffee beans before. It certainly offers an interesting experience. Imagine drinking a cup of tea with coffee flavor. It's super light and easy on the front. But then, you'll reminded that it's a coffee after all in the end. I paired this with Regal biscuits or any shortbreads, for that matter.
Not my palate
A bit too lite
Balanced, but overall very weak.
Great in every way except two things: 1.) a bit light on the front end of the palate 2.) packaging has a very weak seal.
It was a fine roast for me. While balanced, it was almost unremarkable.
Bad after taste
Love the smoothness of this coffee! Interesting fruity taste as well
This was the worst coffee you ever sent me. You guys were pretty great at nailing it but this one tasted like holiday inn folders coffee. No good. Threw the bag away.
This was the first one that opened my eyes more to how much I really love great coffee. Best I've gotten so far
My favorite so far - great flavor
Love this coffee! Send me more.
Liked a lot
This was not a fan favorite. I tried different ratios and adding a little salt to the brew, but nothing rescued this one. It was an interesting profile, but it never grew on me.
Great stuff too
This coffee is fantastic, smooth and flavorful. Toss up between this and Spyhouse coffee for our favorite so far!
A little weak. Maybe to lightly roasted?
Really enjoyed this one.
A very even, clean and nutty brew. Not a punch in the face, and not smooth and mellow, but a crisp cup indeed. Didn't feel decadent, but was a bit of a fresh change of pace for notes of cocoa and nuts; more like freshly roasted!
A little too bland for my tastes, despite playing around with my pour-over recipe to extract a little more flavor.
Love this roaster - Loved this bean too.
OK. very similar to the other brazilian. needs a fine grind and not overwatered otherwise becomes bland
