I was very pleased with my first cup today. I am looking forward to making my signature coffees with this blend. The dark sugars gave a Cuban Espresso flavor. the Chocolate and toffee taste is temping me to make a Summer Cappuccino with peach syrup in the froth. The overall nuttiness should hold up well to my macadamia nut syrup milk for an exotic latte.
After trying various grind settings on coffee grinder to make it more fine/coarse, thus far, none of the brews have really come out making this a must-have cup of coffee. Perhaps this has more sweetness than I prefer?
