The Climate Project was carefully roasted for you by Ceremony Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee is a single origin medium roast from Mexico, grown 1,500 meters above sea level. We think this coffee is ideal for auto-drip and full immersion brews, and as a single origin espresso. Roasted for all purpose brewing, the Climate Project is balanced and offers sweet, dessert-like flavors like semi-sweet chocolate, brownies, and candied nuts.
One of the best I've had shaped, delicious, fresh, fruit-forward. Brews well in a V60 or iced coffee alike. Would recommend to anyone!
Nice initial flavor but nothing special. Brewed usually as as an Americano using a Breville BES840.
Very good, even with milk and sugar.
High quality beans, This one gives a thick and creamy espresso. But it is a bit sour for my taste.
Seems kind of weak. I'm not getting many flavors and just doesn't have much taste to it.
Smooth, chocolate, yum
I liked this coffee a lot. It has a mild flavor and smells divine.
Not bad, but didn't love it either. Never got a great extraction.
Not very flavorful and always some pulverizing when ground, so always a residue in every cup. Wouldn't order again.
Full mouthfeel, medium richness, heavily acidic on the front end.
Heavy almond forward flavor with some semi-sweet chocolate on the back end. A very solid coffee, but slightly imbalanced with the acidity.
Really enjoyed the chocolate flavor in this one
Nice flavor, a little weak
Loved this coffee!
We really enjoyed the nutty-ness on this one
Really wonderful rich and deep flavors from this one.
This was pretty good, but a little mild, especially for Joe.
Was to bitter
Good. Maybe a touch on the dark side for me.
made a good americano and latte, though I didn't find the tasting notes especially prominent. would definitely drink again and want to try other roasts from ceremony
I was greatly pleased with this coffee. Definitely balanced with low acidity. It tasted smooth the whole way through, with underlying chocolate notes. As the coffee cooled down, the taste didn't diminish for me, and the chocolate undertones became much stronger. Usually, for me, coffee tend to take on a sour taste as it cools, the Day Tripper Blend did, but this coffee did not develop that sourness.
I'm rating this after the fact. I just know i liked it.

It was fine.
Smooth and great tasting!
I loved this coffee. If I had only to drink one coffee, this would be it. Went to their website and bought more.
Perfect balance. Very little acidity. Starts out with a sweet finish with a slight fruitiness in the middle, which doesn’t linger. Falls off quick and has a smooth chocolate finish.
Didn't like as an Americano (felt too weak), but this was really good as a cold brew.
Not quite what I was expecting. Almond seemed to shine through more than the chocolate unfortunately.
Tasted a bit burnt. But otherwise good.
Loved this. Milk chocolate & well balanced.
One of our favorites! Smooth and comforting!
Meh- this one was just ok. A bit flat and weak.
This was a really unique coffee that I enjoyed a lot! I don't remember ever tasting a coffee quite like this. I could really taste the coffee and almond. Loved it!
Very smoky flavor
It was good, but not memorable.
A bit weak tasting.
Medium bodied and highly flavorful
The brownie "notes" were awesome!
Great coffe I really liked the sweetness of this coffee
