This is the Espresso Primo brought to you by Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. This combination of coffees from Brazil, Sumatra, Colombia, and India create a unique harmony of flavors that are greater than the sum of its parts. This signature Northern Italian style espresso is very smooth, rich, and balanced. We think it is outstanding for both espresso and drip coffee.

Just ok. Not much nuance between the tasting notes.
This has been one of my favorite more traditional espressos. It's not dark at all, but still rather developed to give you a bit of a roast taste. It's well balanced and smooth as a traditional 1:2 25ish seconds shot.
Not great. Didn’t produce a lot of flavor.
smooth, but with great flavor
This may be my favorite so far. It brewed perfectly, was smooth but rich and was really good made different ways.
Really enjoy this one. Very chocolatey
8.0 - 8.5. smooth, rich, with right balance of bitter and smooth. Would do again for cappuccino gladly. Second time I tried it. 6.0. Just bland and without nuance. Still smooth, but without the pleasing bitterness cappuccino needs. On hold for further purchases.
Way too much caffeine
Smooth and balanced. Really enjoyed this one.
Delicious, dark syrupy and smooth. Very rich dark chocolate.
Consistent. Chocolate, almost like having a mocha. Great.
Good basic coffee. Not a lot of flavors what come through.
Such an amazing blend. Deep, rich and sweet, with a subtle spice finish. Has a broad sweet spot, easy to pull a great shot. Love this coffee!
This was the best one you have sent. Can I get more?
A nice medium roast, a little more flavor than some other mediums I've had from here.
Coffees: espresso & cold brew
chocolaty sweet. bold.
I like the richness and taste of this blend.
Nice flavor but not as rich as I like.
Really enjoyed this one!
Very good and balanced, but was a little trick to dial in to get full flavor profile
I liked the fresh roast and that it generates a nice non-sputtery stream for the bottomless portfilter. With a bit of adjustment, a little acidity and sweetness came through, however the dominant flavor was bitterness. Unfortunately this bitterness also comes through in a cappuccino.
Wasn't a huge fan brewing this out of the aeropress, tasted better as a pour over
Not my favorite. Off flavors.
Very average coffee roast. Bland and lifeless
I'm not sure how to explain what I feel about this Espresso. It was good in some aspects and kinda weird in others! I kept getting a strange flavor note that I just could not seem to put my finger on but there was some nice texture, and chocolates going too.
Loses too much flavor with Americano.
Delicious. I was genuinely upset that i finished the bag this brew is smooth without sacrificing the bold and played very well with my chemex.
rich, smooth; favorite one so far
Pretty good, strong flavor, but not quite at the level of a 5.
Overall pretty good. Nothing remarkable.
Great for lattes!
One of the best I've had
So far the best
Indeed has the chocolate, nutty and rich flavors in a latte. Espresso on first day had a smokey tobacco quality to it
