This is the Late Night brought to you by Methodical Coffee. Late Night is made up of equal parts Costa Rica La Pastora and Brazil Dulce Signature. The Costa Rican component is brought to us from the CoopeTarrazu cooperative group in the San Jose province of Costa Rica. The Brazilian component is the culmination of work by two female producers in the São Palo region of Brazil. Together they make Methodical's Late Night, a rich, bold, and creamy cup of coffee.

I've just made my first cup, so I'm going to keep working on dialing it in! It's definitely creamy but I feel like the flavor is more floral and light than the last couple bags I've had. I don't hate it, but I do like something that comes out thicker and has a little bit more mouthfeel. I used an AeroPress for this method with a 4 minute brew.
Good. Not super bold.
Tried this in a variety of formats--espresso, pourover, french press--and it was good. Just not as great as some others from Misto.
Excellent. Very smooth, balanced, enjoyable cup!
Toasty, chocolatey (almost sipping chocolatey), and so so smooth
Did not like this one.
Far too nutty for my taste, really had to work to dial in a workable brew. Intriguing, but not my preference.
The roast date is Sept 30 and I received Oct 2. This just a lot longer than any of the others I have received on misto
Good smooth flavor
Don’t like floral taste
This is an ok cup of coffee but I'm not getting much complexity in the flavor. There is also a strong, sour aftertaste that seems to linger.
