Medium-dark roast. This became better, when I switched: full flow going to low flow. Then it was more flavorful and less bitter. Good flavor when brewed properly. Maybe too strong for Celine, but she liked it when I switched the process.
Seems too acidic to me
great flavor but weak crema
Very good, not as smooth as I'd like but strong flavor.
Good standard espresso
nice and chocolatey. good for lattes/cappucinos.
Tastes as described -- with balance! I really enjoyed this. Smooth, rich, and deep without any bitterness at all.
Good espresso blend. Complex flavor that is chocolatey and fruity, low acid, good crema.
Really enjoyed this for pulling shots out of my profitec pro 500. Very good in a cortado!
Very very good
slightly sweet, great flavor, and organic!
Either I suddenly became much better at brewing coffee or this coffee was consistently delicious
Hints are subtle, so if you like adding things to your coffee, you can.
Nice flavor and balanced acidity. I like this level of roast so far.
great moka pot option
Grind of 30 or 32. Flavor was just ok
Versatile. Good as a shot or with milk.
fine, not very memorable
I choose pre-ground so that I don't have to get a coffee grinder but the espresso grounds texture in this bag was extremely coarse so I was unable to brew espresso :(
Very nice! Rich, hint of berry jam.
This is very good coffee for us. No negative flavors, but a little unremarkable. Only reason it doesn’t get a five. We do like fruit tones but it’s difficult to get that without the acidity being to lemony/sour.
Really Liked this one, easy to dial in for the machine and consistently tasty. Not too fruity, acidic or bitter, well balanced.
I really enjoyed this blend! It was definitely more bread heavy than syrupy, but nonetheless balanced and easy to drink.
The flavor was good, and subtle, but not as bold as I would have liked. I like the chocolate notes but I prefer things that tend towards nutty, or citrus-y flavors rather than syrupy.
A little thin. Like a more robust taste. It was smooth
Smooth and satisfying.
Not bad but not looking for espressos as much
This one is just ok. My favorite is still The Monarch from Onyx
Weak, almost tasted a bit stale
Does a great job riding the line between milk and dark chocolate, with hints of toasted pecan. Was particularly smooth espresso, very low acid. Overall fantastic.
