This combination of coffees create a unique harmony of flavors that are greater than the sum of its parts.
Overall, a really solid coffee. Not quite as full-bodied as I was expecting but still flavorful. The molasses description was accurate to me. I'm not super partial to that but it was a very small hint though.
Slightly more on the bitter side. Did better hot than cold for flavor
We loved the way this smelled as we ground it, and it was definitely a flavor that fit solidly into what we're used to and normally gravitate toward. We brewed with our Chemex every morning and just LOVED the smell as we ground the beans.
Extremly solid blend with rich balanced flavor. The flavor is robust with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and molasses that come together to form a really rich smooth taste. Beans were lighter than I was expecting for a medium dark roast, but the brewing proved otherwise. From the taste you would also expect this to be a really oily bean, but it wasn't.
Needs a little more bite. Was too mild in flavor for me.
Solid blend, even more nuanced when made iced.
Great coffee! Really enjoyed the different tasting notes and the boldness.
very good but a liitle mild
Actually really enjoyed this blend, especially considering it is towards the darker end of roasts. Great smooth but not one-note flavor, and a good body too.
Went really well with my creamer. Interestingly this smelled burnt when I first got it. I thought it may have been over-roasted but I ended up enjoying this coffee.
Not my favorite, finding I don't like Brazil, Columbian coffee
Holl really liked it.
Another good one! I just bought a French press and have been dialing in my brewing technique with this coffee, which makes it a bit harder to compare with the previous MistoBox offerings I’ve tried. That said, it tastes full-bodied and I like the chocolate notes.
Amazing coffee. Delicious, rich taste.
Not a lot of flavor, too light
This is better than the last 2 but still a little bland.
Enjoyed the flavor
You guys have been nailing these past few coffees. This one is great!
i really enjoyed this coffee
One of my favorites thus far through MistoBox! Perfect black or with cream and sugar (pour over).... we loved it! The full bodied chocolate and molasses may be the taste profile we have been looking to find!
One of my favs so far
I've really enjoyed this blend. It came across very smooth, full bodied, some chocolate notes. Great cup to start my day with.
It seemed a bit too dark for my taste, but not a terrible coffee!
Love this! Robust flavor and deep, as well as awakening. Thank you!
This coffee is so amazing. Instantly upon opening the chocolate and molasses notes pull through in the aroma. The grind of this coffee looks almost medium light, but when brewed it has a deep, dark richness that makes this coffee delightful. We have brewed through a traditional drip, French press, and pour over and have enjoyed every method. Brewing pulls out the cocoa and molasses, but there are also delicious caramel notes to this coffee. I prefer to drink my coffee black, however this coffee almost begs for a little splash of milk or half-and-half. This coffee made a quick trip into my top mistobox preferences, and is highly recommended.
very good smooth great body. not the greatest but very drinkable.
Really loved this one. Full of such a variety of flavors, yet lighter in taste than others I have received.
The finish is too bitter. And it’s not very full bodied to my tastes. I do like the toasty notes.
Full bodied, flavor notes of chocolate. Overall good, but nothing distinctive. Easy to drink.
Unfortunately the only coffee we haven't liked from our several years in mistobox
Nice smooth full bodied flavor for starting the day
This coffee doesn’t have a distinct taste. I’m having a hard time discovering its flavor
Very Good. Made great pour over and espresso. Great bag design as well.
not my favorite
Wonderful chocolate taste, excellent espresso
I didn’t love this blend- it was almost floral or had a citrus note
Tastes great. But a little ordinary for my taste.
I really didn't like this coffee.
best tasting one so far
This was good, but a bit unremarkable. Lighter than other roasts, even when made a bit strong.
This is the first coffee we've received that we have really have not cared for. I find it lacking in flavor, and I don't care for the little flavor that's there. We'd loved the previous few we'd gotten, so have no doubt this is an anomaly!
not my favorite, but I can't really pin what I don't like about it
Did not care for this blend. It was not distinctive at all, had a flat flavor profile.
Too bitter. Much prefer the Huck coffee a few months ago.
Very good, easy to drink. Not exactly the boldest choice of flavors, but it's about as good as a standard dark roast can get.
Well balanced! Thoroughly enjoyed this roast.
ok, on the weaker / lighter side
I like the smell and taste...tastes fresh and smooth.
This coffee looks exactly medium dark with the aroma of rich molasses. The body is lighter with a subtle berry sweetness that carries flavors of brown sugar and finishing with chocolate. Very well balanced in every category of flavor but leans dark on roast.
Another great coffee to enjoy while in quarantine! Right on the mark with this one

I opened the bag and, at first, was a bit surprised by the bright aroma and the lighter look of the beans, and as I was grinding the beans, I was concerned that this would actually be a lighter, more acidic coffee. Don't let those beautiful beans fool you! This is a delightful, full-bodied coffee that is quite smooth. In fact, I even tried sipping on it black (not my normal cup) and WOW. Hang Tough Blend makes a great cup, hot or iced! I primarily use a moka pot although I do own a pretty sweet R2D2 French Press.
Probably my favorite coffee I’ve been sent in the last 6 months.
Smooth, rich aftertaste, not bitter. Dry. Could be a bit more robust.
