So good! Chocolate notes, berries... all really distinguishable. An easy brew to make, amazing black or as a latte. Definitely love this roast!
This was a pretty good balanced brew but a little low on the wow factor. Good sweetness and a bit of dark chocolate underlying a good berry brightness.
I think it may be a little too fruity.
good drip coffee
Maybe a hint of berries on this one, but it tasted closer to a dark French roast, which I am not a fan of at all.
Unique flavor, enjoy it as an espresso
I've yet to really explore light roast coffee—this was a good intro! Like the flavor overall
Solid blend. Nose had a distinctive notes of vegetable stew. Chocolatey palate/mouthfeel and I notice the berries on the finish. I prefer a brighter coffee (more floral or citrus) with some nuanced complexity.
I love fruit noted coffees in the spring and summer months. This was one of the relatively lower acidity coffees that I have had that still captured a strong amount berry profile. I loved the front notes with the berries and the finish of smooth chocolate. Perfect spring coffee!
I don’t know why but this coffee was actually sour despite proper brewing, pour over or in our Jura
Difficult to dial in on my machine, always a bit more acidic than I'd like
another complex and delicious olympia coffee blend
A bit light of a roast for me but still enjoyable. I'm trying to keep my mind open to the lighter side of medium to see what is out there I might like and this is a good one. Not too overly acidic. But chocolate comes through easily. Gotta work a little to draw the berry notes out but it's great when u do.
pretty good, a little bit extra berry notes but may try a different blend of theirs
Good solid coffee. Easy to brew. I ended up brewing at 198 degrees for the best taste.
Smooth coffee for brewing a bit weak for expresso, overall good flavor
Lighter bodied, not our favorite or as tasteful as some of the others. Plum flavored and lighter.
I had a good pull or two from my espresso maker but most were a miss. The shots that I got were really good but most had a heavy sour taste.
This cup of cappuccino isn't our cup of tea. Tastes more like milk chocolate than like dark chocolate. Reminds me of a 100 pound weakling, not a bold, rich cappuccino. watery milk chocolate and caramel are the dominate notes: not really tasting the coffee flavor at all. Tastes like a George Howell cappuccino. If you like that, you'll love this, but if you want a more assertive brew, get outta the Big Truck and move on down the highway!
So smooth and balanced - wonderful flavor.
The 2nd bag I had was one of my favs. Upgraded my rating from 3 stars to 4.
Tasting notes said chocolate and blueberry and I actually tasted chocolate and blueberry. Basically does what it says on the tin.
Excellent (5-stars) as a French press brew 4-stars as Chemex (no cream either way).

This one is so good. Has a delicious chocolate smoke once it hits your palette.
Obviously enjoying coffee is a very personal experience, but I throughly did not enjoy this expresso. It tastes exactly as described: chocolate and berries. But, to an extreme that I've never before experienced.
On top of the extreme flavors, it is bitter and has a weak crema.
Wine like. Didnt like flavor
First order from Mistobox. Must say it's really good coming from lavazza. Also the bean in my grinder grinds finer and doesn't fill up the porta filter as much. I want too keep ordering this one, but I need to try others also.
Favorite espresso yet.
Favorite so far for brewing espresso
One of my favorite from mistobox so far. If brewed right you get a big chocolate flavor at the beginning, notes of blueberry in the middle, and caramel to finish.

Best coffee I've had from Mistobox.... just perfect
Probably my favourite ever!

Phenomenal espresso with every pour; maybe the best I've ever had!
Odd flavor with a bad after taste.
Just okay. Not great in my espresso machine, okay as press pot.

Excellent smooth espresso with hints of chocolate
A little to fruity
Good espresso, good but subtle flavor.
Decent coffee, didn't really stand out to me too much but it wasn't bad.
Not quite roasty enough.
Wonderful coffee. Great as straight espresso & as cappuccino as well. Smooth & flavorful.
Too light for my taste
Floral fruity espresso on the nose, buttery rich, hint of nuts as a cappuccino. It was near impossible to sink a shot. For the first time, I really liked- no loved, an organic coffee. This whole time I've been thinking that I may have been conditioned to enjoy the taste of pesticides. This coffee proves that wrong. It's not just "delicious for an organic coffee", but a delicious coffee period. As an added bonus, when USPS failed to update, the roasters were on top of it and automatically sent another bag straight away to make sure I got my coffee. Thus, I got to enjoy this twice. Definitely one that I would recommend and would purchase again!
Love the berry flavors for espresso, well balanced cup
fabulous. perfect balance of flavors for espresso. I'd get it again it is so good.
Very good. Lots of flavor.
Outstanding! Love this espresso as well as any I have tried and I have tasted many.
Very aromatic, mild taste. Kind of a chocolate-berry taste. Nice! None of the harshness or bitterness of some of the other samples recently.
This is my first order and I have really enjoyed it. An excellent espresso, very smooth finish and taste.
Not as good as the Sweetheart San Marcos
Good balanced cup. I used mostly pour over, but also in a press. The best results came when using a hario woodneck. No exiting notes, but a very good cup of coffee.
Beautiful espresso! The balance of chocolate and berry is perfect
I don't see that "ripe berry"
Strong morning espresso, and flat to my taste
Pretty nice shots with amazing crema. With a little more boldness, would have been 5 star.
Just ok as french press/drip coffee, but quite good as espresso
Always good. It's the Capitol of coffees
Berry notes are too strong for my tastes. After taste was a little sour as well. Need to stick with more Earthy flavors.
The ripe berry is really pronounced on this espresso. It's the first and last thing you taste. The dark chocolate is a bit too bitter and lacks the sweetness that would have given this a 5. It might be my burr dulling, but I had a tough time pulling it right. I added a gram or 2 more than usual at 20g, slightly more coarse. Great espresso and will not hesitate to buy it again.
The profile was slightly bland. No big base or sweetness to cut through milk. I followed the roaster's brewing parameters and was able to dial it in to get between 19 - 20% extraction rates but it just didnt shine. The acidic notes tasted 'roasty' and with it being a lighter roast it was not something I would expect.
good to okay blend, nothing special, but a solid choice
NIce and thick with bright flavors and some chocolate on the first sip
