The Colombia Gildardo Martinez was carefully roasted for you by Tony's Coffee. This Honey processed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Nariño in Colombia and was produced by Gildardo Martinez at 2,100 meters above sea level.
Good notes of baked berries in the aftertaste, Not too bitter, and the apple taste comes in every few sips or so.
Would recommend this grind to those who want to get into a milder coffee with more caffeine. From here on I'll look for coffees labeled with specific fruit flavors as a personal favorite.
This was really delicious! Definitely lighter than what I typically gravitate towards and not my go-to flavor profile (I tend towards chocolatey coffee), but this very good, flavorful and definitely fruit forward. As might be expected from a lighter roast, it also offered a bit more of a caffeine kick, which was fine by me. :) Although the packaging shouldn't be the focus, I'm an aesthetics person. Their packaging may look fairly plain and simple on the outside, but it has a fun design surprise on the inside, very nice touch! Would definitely order this again.
Not a bad coffee. I like a strong sweetness of berry, and this coffee definitely has a sweet forward profile.
