This is the Colombia La Pradera brought to you by Anodyne Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was grown by Hector & Oscar Daza roughly 1,700 meters above sea level. Their farm, Hacienda La Pradera, is located in the Santander region of Colombia near the Chicamocha Canyon – the second largest canyon in the world.
The coffee produced uneven results. At times it was very good and other times it was slightly bitter
The flavor profile listed is spot on: cherry and caramel. I have had a half dozen coffees from Santander over the years and this is the only one I liked. Brewed at 40g of coffee bean vs 1035ml water. Pour over method, paper filter.
