Decent example of a fruit-centric natural processed coffee. Flavors aren't too sharp and it's hard to identify a specific fruit, but juicy is a fine descriptor. Smooth, slightly blunted flavors, but enjoyable.

I was really excited to receive this coffee. As a light roast fan I was excited by the notes suggesting "Juicy", but was a bit disappointed. After a few brews, dialing in the grind size I couldn't quite bring out the acidity that I was looking for.
I ended up grinding down far more fine than I usually do for pour over (v60) and ended up with a very long draw down to pull a bit more flavor. Grinding with my normal pour over grind size produced too little extraction to have significant taste.
The aroma was wonderful, but the brews have been a bit of a let down.
That being said it's definitely "OK", will still drink it just might have had too high hopes for this bag.

Delicious, delicious, delicious! So fruity and juicy. Very berry forward. Perfectly lightly roasted. I ended up ordering it twice. I brewed
primarily via the V60 (James Hoffmann V60 pulsed method for 1 cup brew) and got a delicious cup everytime.
