The Ecuador Rosa Encarnación was carefully roasted for you by Methodical Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was grown 2,300 meters above sea level by Rosa Encarnacion in the Parroquia Cahuasqui region of Ecuador. Rosa named her farm Finca La Rafaela after their daughter, Rafaela. The farm consists of six year old coffee trees of the Caturra variety grown on one hectare of land. This lot is tasting sweet, vibrant and complex expressing flavors of raspberry, oolong tea, vanilla, raw sugar, honey, jasmine, and blackberry.
