The Ethiopia Biranu Dulo was carefully roasted for you by 1000 Faces Coffee Roasters. This natural processed lot is from a farm in the Tima sub-kebele of Guji, owned by a man named Biranu Dulo. This coffee is vibrant and juicy packing explosive fruit flavors that can help you re-imagine what coffee can be.
This has been a very forgiving coffee for me. Because Ethiopian coffee was what got me into higher end coffees, the flavors of this coffee are more familiar to me. I still haven't brewed the best cup I can with this yet, but even through being lazy and adding just a little milk and sugar to it the coffee is very sweet and fruity and neither bitter or sour. For this coffee I've been brewing 1:15 ratio in a chemex. Grinding with unmodified Baratza Encore @ a 15.
