The Ethiopia Biruhi was carefully roasted for you by Goshen Coffee Company. This Fully Washed coffee was grown in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level. Ethiopia Biruhi has all the feels - a sparkling acidity, buckets of tropical fruits, lingering delicate florals - so it makes sense that Biruhi means “bright” in Ethiopia’s Amharic language.
This is great; I wanna explore more of these bright, floral, tropical flavors.
Great clarity of flavor and light acidity; very fruity and floral-ly.
Wow! I wanted a little lighter roast for my espressos during the warmer months and I’m blown away by this coffee. It’s smooth, light, and very tasteful. Please keep this coffee in stock!
I used to stay away from lighter roasts due to having a mediocre grinder(breville) which would always struggle on light roasts. The result would always be a sour extract. I recently upgraded to a commercial grinder and it handles the light roasts with ease. I’m very excited to start exploring the light roast world now!
Very acidic. Had to add salt when brewing.
Easy to drink, smooth, light flavor
This coffee is soooooo smooth and delicious. Every morning I've gone to make It I am surprised by how good it is!!
My partner LOVED this one. I would have probably given it like three stars honestly. However, I am rating it high due to my partner’s appreciation for it.
This tasted rancid- not sure if we got a bad batch or not. After 1 cup had to throw the bag out.
Very bright and acidic. Lime zest, cherry pits. Mouthwatering finish.
It was tasty, I can taste the acidity afterwards, some people may not like it but I did.
Low quality beans. Really hard to grind with any consistency.
