This is the Ethiopia Guji brought to you by Mela Coffee Roasting Company. This Natural Ethiopian Guji from the Guracho Washing Station has wonderful notes of Blueberry, Caramel, Malt, and has a very syrupy, juicy body.
Very inconsistent roast. Too many almost unroasted beans.
Really enjoying this hot in the brisk morning or iced for those hotter spring days. Nice fruitiness and sweetness without overwhelming acidity. I just wanted to it to be a littler more...punchy?
maybe a bit too much blueberry but top runner for flavors we've ordered
a rare miss, this one somehow has notes of almost-but-not-quite ... sour?
It had very little of the tasting notes. It tasted like a not bad darker roast.
Pretty good sweetness. Great roast level and light in the mouth.
Very good and surprisingly bolder than most Ethiopians.
Very earthy and blueberry forward. Beautiful pour over and great espresso. The earthiness is almost as strong as you’d taste in a beet or something. Great coffee!
Michael really liked this one. I liked it too. Just not my number one favorite.
Bit of sourness like a cherry pit. Slight malty/brown paper bag note. Enjoyable but not great.
This one was pretty good!
Very inconsistent beans some very small and dark. Poor packaging
This has a flavor that I don't like in coffee. It's a bit sour and kind of earthy. I taste it in maybe 20% of the coffees I get. I have no idea what is the commonality in those coffees. Maybe you can help.
