John
It was pretty hard to get a wider palate out of this. It was pretty singular. Not rushing back to this one.

Katie
I enjoyed this as a French Pressed coffee. Very juicy flavor consistent with most Ethiopian coffees. I don't have the right Cold Brew equipment, but imagine this would make a lovely Cold Brew Coffee,.

I liked it. Similar to the Yirgacheff and Sidamo I have been drinking, which are exceptional. I'm open to trying just about anything that is distinctive, limited production, light to medium roast. Coffee beans from Yemen have been one of my favorites, when available.

Jason
Great cup with hints of melon and floral.

Shane
A little darker roast than expected and didn’t pick up the peach or rose notes from the description at all. Smooth, but rather basic flavor profile at both 1:17 and 1:16 ratios in V60 pour over.

I'm going to have to adjust my rating scale after this coffee. This was the first coffee where I specifically intend to seek out the roaster and order more bags. The flavors were EXCELLENT. The peach and rose kept the coffee light and fresh, but didn't overpower the base coffee flavor. Every single brew was excellent.

Rodrigo
Definitely good coffee, but not a medium roast. Agree with others here that it’s a bit too fruity and acidic for a medium roast, so that was a bit of a let down.

Dennis
One of the best selections we have had this far. Extremely smooth. I have to restrain myself from drinking it too fast.
7/18/2020

Christopher
I enjoyed it but it’s a bit too light and flowery for me!

Always love a good Ethiopia!

Benson
Meh. It was fine, but nothing really stood out flavor-wise. Juicy and balanced, but nothing super strong in flavor.

-Brewed as V60 using 4:6 ratio. May try more of a longer immersion brew method.

This was very balanced and well-defined in its flavors.

Great cup from first taste to last sip. Honeydew note really come through with a subtle floral afternote. Very enjoyable as my morning brew.

Fritz
too bitter
7/28/2018

Kellen
This was a good cup. Flavors came threw in the brew.
6/28/2018

Arthur
Mild taste and had a slightly burnt flavor. Not a good espresso and weak as a pour over.
6/26/2018

Delia
Ok, but nothing special. Makes a thin-tasting coffee.
6/15/2018

Brian
The guji zone is the best zone.
6/13/2018

Andrew
This was my favorite so far. It was bright and fruit forward.
4/29/2018

Addy
Quite floral, and not quite Round enough in mouthfeel. Drinkable, just not my best trial...
4/23/2018

Andrew
Whoa, another stellar bag of beans. This may be our favorite so far. Keep up the great work guys:) Look forward to the new selections every time:)

Dominic
I wasn't particularly fond of this coffee, none of the flavors were particularly extraordinary. It was also a bit sweet for my personal tastes.
2/12/2018

Sadie
Smells fruity and savory.
Sour when you drink it black.
Cream and sugar enhance the peach, which I am not a fan of. Love peach, but not in my coffee. Not a fan of the rose flavor, although I love the scent. Smooth coffee, however, I would like something less fruity and acidic.
2/9/2018

Terri
Very bitter - not a fan at all.

Joshua
Just what the doctor ordered.
12/19/2017

Tony
Enjoyed the acidity!
12/5/2017

Daniel
This was a smooth coffee. It was light but still had some body. I’m not a huge fan of floral/juicy coffees, but I liked this one.
11/15/2017

Benjamin
Great coffee, Peach and floral notes come through very well
10/26/2017

Joey
Standard fruity/floral Ethiopian, a little too bright and light tasting for what I'm currently into. Looking for something with a little more body, closer to the Brazil Moreninha.
10/24/2017

annette
Really enjoying this bean
It brews smooth and it's juicy flavor is enjoyable
10/16/2017

Thomas
Not a huge fan of floral. But overall a good cup.
10/10/2017

Matthew
Good coffee once I got it dialed in. My palate may be broken but I didn't get the honeydew and peach notes like I was hoping.
10/3/2017

Tyler
Seth - hope you are doing well. This was a great light roast. Refreshing with good flavor. Thanks!
8/24/2017

Dave
Very pleasant coffee. I could taste the melon flavors. Nice and bright on the tongue.
8/7/2017

Chuck
OK, so I've learned that Ethiopia produces something in addition to the best Marathon athletes.
7/28/2017

Myles
Fruity and floral - a classic Ethiopian. Nothing especially compelling about this coffee, but it was still very good.
7/24/2017

John
Best, a perfect light roast
7/12/2017

Stefan
very good. A little roasty but still has floral/fruity notes
7/10/2017
