This is the Ethiopia Sidama Ardi brought to you by Equator Coffees & Tea. This natural processed coffee was grown 1,700 meters above sea level in Southern Ethiopia’s Guji Zone and was produced by Nardos Coffee.
Not a fan of this one...was chocolate and a bit of nuttiness. For me that's a deal breaker. I tried later to mix a few grams in my other bright coffees to see if that helped...it did but that's not the point...this coffee was not on my flavor profile.
Complex. Tropical fruit. Nice yet not overpowering bite of acidity.
