Stephen
We don't know the right terminology but the feeling here was that it was a little flat and not particularly rich enough. We don't like super dark roast coffee or super light and while this wasn't either, we found the flavor to be a little generic and lackluster.

Jonathan
A good introductory coffee, very drinkable, and mild. Lacking a little on roast and bitterness.

Angelique
This is citrusy to the point of being tart. I did not like it at all.
2/4/2021

Todd
I didn't not like it but the floral flavor was not my favorite. I would drink it again but I would not look forward it having it.
2/2/2021

Catherine
Too citrusy for me. Perfectly pleasant coffee but not my taste. Prefer maybe slightly darker/less acidic roast.
1/22/2021

Tucker
Pretty yummy!

Samuel
It arrived about a week ago and I have had some every day since. I am not normally a fan of floral or citrus coffees, however I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I still prefer other notes more such as chocolate or sugary, but it is still very good coffee.
1/14/2021

Erin
the initial flavor was too sharp and a little sour for me. okay to try but not an every day coffee for me.
1/14/2021

Tony
Light flavor, nice aroma and not overpowering
12/31/2020

kathleen
too much acidity
12/29/2020

Joel
I like it! It has a nice light flavor without the usual acidity of a light roast.
12/21/2020

Jared
It was too citrusy and tangy for my preference
12/15/2020

Clay
This was very much our style. Subtle flavors, not over roasted.
12/4/2020

Elyssa
SO GOOD!
12/3/2020

Erin
Too citrus-y
12/2/2020

Jeongwon
Definitely better than the one I have been drinking. I never tried floral type before. I would like to try the one that is more nutty or chocolatey next time.
Thank you so much

Aaron
I LOVED this one! No idea why, but more like this please
11/4/2020

Joel
I'm guessing it the citrus aspect to this coffee but I get a hint of sourness to this coffee that I cant say I am a big fan of. It is still good coffee but I feel I have discovered that citrus is not a flavor profile I desire in my coffee. However, I the light, floral aspect is something I could see myself enjoying in a lighter roast
11/1/2020

Cory
Made in Aeropress. Fairly light, but that may be exasperated by the fact that the last bag of coffee I finished was quite dark and heavy. I'd consider this coffee to be bright and citrusy; not bad by any means. I just typically tend to lean towards warm and nuttier coffees.
10/30/2020

James
A little too citrus
10/24/2020

Ana
So good and flavorful. Would 100% order again.
10/16/2020

Ashley
I think I am more of a nutty chocolate coffee drinker rather than a citrus floral.
10/8/2020

Viviana
Too subtle, unremarkable
10/7/2020

Elizabeth
Tasted almost sour -- definitely prefer something darker without citrus.
10/1/2020

Mike
Solid coffee; nothing too exciting.
9/29/2020

Grace
Not my favorite style of coffee.
9/21/2020

Devan
I twas not rich enough, I felt it tasted too sweet and light
9/21/2020

Glyn
I liked this, but think it was too citrusy for my taste. Probably wouldn’t buy again but will have no problem drinking this over the next week or so.
9/18/2020

Cheyanne
I would add a note that this coffee really isn’t ideal with cream. It took us a few days to figure that out and then we enjoyed it much more.
9/16/2020

Daniel
I have a spot in my heart for Ethiopian coffees. This one was good, aromatic, and citrusy. But, it wasn't the best. It lacked the depth of other Ethiopian coffees I've had. So far, I've only had it in drip. I'll try it in my french press next.
9/12/2020

Jacob
omg so good. smooth, flavorful, darn near perfect.
9/10/2020

Dylan
Very nicely roasted. A little mellow for my tastes but makes great iced coffee
9/7/2020

Lindsay
Not bright enough but decent.
9/4/2020

Kim
I liked it. I didn't love it, but I liked it. We thought it was a little on the thin side, not as rich as what we love. We really lean toward Columbian and Guatemalan
8/31/2020

Rebecca
A little brighter than I'm used to
8/29/2020

Glen
Lighter roast than I normally prefer. Found the taste to be citrusy and a little astringent.

(13:1) Aero ratio
8/29/2020

Wesley
Solid coffee. Has some earthy notes. Is there something with some vanilla notes we could try?
8/28/2020

Kelsey
Lighter than I’m used to but very smooth as a black coffee with good taste
8/28/2020

Sarah
The coffee itself tasted fine, and I enjoy how light and easy to drink it is, but I found the aroma and overall flavor very mellow, and would be interested in trying a blend with a stronger taste!
8/27/2020

Abigail
It was yummy, but a little lighter than I am used to. I am not a huge citrus coffee person but this was better than expected!
8/26/2020

Arda
The coffee was too light and a little sour for my taste
8/25/2020

Adam
This tasted so bad. Kind of sour, almost like the beans went bad.
8/25/2020

Steven
I was so excited about this coffee, because this is right up my alley as far as taste preferences. However, no matter how I change my grind setting and brew method, the flavors aren't popping. This morning, it tastes like I am drinking a mug of wet cardboard.
8/25/2020

Jill
This coffee was very smooth to drink and a nice light blend for summer. We traditionally drink darker roasts, but this was a fun change.
8/22/2020

Cheryl
I'm not sure about the language to use to talk about the flavor, but I think it tastes a little too bright for me.
8/20/2020

Samuel
I think it was bit too acidic for us. It was too bitter--I don't think citrus is really our flavor. But I'm glad I know that now because I didn't before!
8/9/2020

Aimee
Nice smooth coffee. Very enjoyable in the morning.
8/9/2020

Margaret
I The coffee is excellent. The aroma when I opened the bag was so good. The look of the beans were entirely different than the store coffee beans.
8/8/2020

Julia
I enjoyed this coffee. It's a solid pick that was easy to drink on a daily basis. Maybe a little too acidic to be perfect
8/8/2020

Ruchi
We felt it was lighter than we would like. It would be great if our future coffees are medium to medium-dark. Thanks!
8/5/2020

Kay
Bland and not very flavorful.
8/3/2020

Gael
Really enjoyed it as an espresso beverage. First pulls came out a little over-extracted so ideal dosage is likely closer to 17.5g than 18g.

As french press it was fine. Not really great, not really terrible.

Definitely better as an espresso drink.
7/31/2020

Kelsey
Don't really like the earthy/floral. Don't like how it smells when grinding. Too acidic. Flavor too subtle.
7/25/2020

Alec
It's good. I think I definitely like dark roasts better. I'd like to try something lighter maybe in the future but for now I will look into darker roasts.
*UPDATE:
I made my first cup with my old old grinder and french press because i was too giddy to wait for my new machine. After drinking the coffee from my new machine it was a whole new coffee haha the french press was so watered down.
