Too acidic. Flat tasting. Not a coffee I’d like to have again.
Amazingly juicy. If this flavor were a color, it would be mulberry purple. Probably my favorite mistobox bag so far
I love the fruity notes!
The tropical fruit taste is too strong. It overpowers after you take more sips.
To be fair to this one I don't think I was ever able to dial it in completely. I like a bright cup, but found this one a little sour. I acquired a new (to me) grinder in the middle of this bag and toward the end of the bag got one excellent brew doing a pulse pour method and aiming to maximize sweetness and minimize acidity, which isn't what I usually do. I wonder if I was usually under extracting this bean.
I revised this review down to 3 stars. This coffee was excellent when I first got it and it was fresh, but turned stale really fast (in about a week) and didn’t taste near as good.
I was a bit disappointed with this. It was fine, but didn't quite have the usual magic. The end notes were a bit flat, and the overall experience was a bit acidic.
