Don’t like nutty

Pretty darn good coffee. I'd buy again. Cartel doesn't disappoint.
This cup was consistently juicy and I could definitely taste something like clementine. I couldn't really get the banana, but I'll play around with it more.
I brewed this coffee using both Chemex and V60 and have enjoyed both methods. I used the 4:6 method on the V60 and something similar to that method on Chemex. V60 was 15g coffee to 225g water and Chemex was 50g coffee to 700g water. V60 was juicier and I think I almost maybe got banana out of the Chemex, now that I come to think of it.
4/5 stars because it is not my favorite out of the coffees I've tried taste-wise, but still a very, very good coffee. Thank you Cartel.

Definitely very smooth, but also very very light. The flavors are very unpronounced. Brewing as espresso.

Coffee smelled fantastic but was very bland in terms of taste. I typically use the 16:1 coffee ratio. I attempted this in a drip pot, v60, and a Chemex. The Chemex was the best of the brew methods but even then, I wish the tasting notes were more prevalent.

This coffee was awesome. Definitely one of the better roasts I’ve had in some time. Gorgeous complex flavors while being easy to drink
