This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
This is the Queen City brought to you by Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co. The Queen City is a multi-layered blend of medium and dark-roasted coffees from Central and South America, Indonesia and Africa. In the cup you'll find aromas of toasted hazelnut, vanilla and cocoa and a medium-body with slight smoky notes and a smooth, buttery finish.
I found this coffee to be really bland. I can say that there was zero bitterness (to its credit?) but also really lacked flavor. Was it a "bad" cup of coffee? No. I would be thrilled to get this at a gas station on a road trip. But I did not get the tasting notes described (or any notes, really)...meh is the perfect description.
This was okay.
Very good. Smooth
A dark roast that's pretty bitter. I don't get any of the listed aromas.
This might be my favorite yet. Very smooth and well rounded! Nothing offensive on the taste or the finish. Really a pleasure to sip first thing in the morning!
Excellent coffee! I really enjoy making lattes with this coffee.
I quite enjoyed the nutty notes.
Our fav so far. I think we decided although we like caramel added as a syrup to our coffee, we don’t necessarily like it as something that is a tasting note. Hope that makes sense!
Very good if not the best
It was OK. Perfectly acceptable coffee, but I never got a dose I really really loved. Consistent with most of my vita experience. Solid but not my favorite.
Wow, wow! One of our favorites yet. If you like nutty, chocolately, non-acid coffee, this is great. A perfect pairing for dessert as well.
Flavour was a bit bland
Over-roasted, not much depth. Too bitter.
Bland. Some bitter notes.
Loved this one - flavorful and rich with a smooth, nonabrasive taste.
It was a blend bag. Some of the beans were oily. The coffee flavor was OK for the most part, but nothing special. Medium/dark flavor
Favorite so far
Initial flavor is not the best, taste slightly over roasted. The after taste is great. Has a nice burned butter aftertaste. Would be an amazing coffee for those who add cream and sugar.
Update: The more I drank it, the more I liked it. This made a most excellent cold brew. It was one of the best I have ever had.
Too acidic and sharp tasting
Tasted burnt and unpleasant. Not my kind of brew -- too dark.
Good taste but still a tad too light of a roast
Holy mother of all coffee!! Love love love
Delicious so smooth love! My fav so far!
Nice flavor, good medium/dark roast
That's a great cup
Nice selection! Very flavorful with a smooth taste. One of my favorites you've selected!
Again loved, and also adding to my favorites list! Smooth, variety of flavors, rich.
It was a fine cup of coffee. Not getting a lot of tasting notes but we thought it was ok and finished the bag.
Coffee could be stronger and have a more pronounced taste
Nutty flavors and smooth body and flavor profile. Maybe a touch light in terms of flavor notes, but I'm trying to train my taste buds!
Good for a dark roast, a bit too bitter/astringent for regular drinking
Strong Brew - Flat, yet bold notes.
It was ok...I bit too strong for me in terms of flavor.
Not a big fan of this one, it has a weird burnt smell
The taste of this coffee was great, but the beans were slightly oily, which is not good for my coffee machine. Just slightly oily -- still used in my machine. But there are options for dark roasts with dryer beans.
Enjoyed, but wouldn't get again.
Tastes burnt, bland, and overall not very enjoyable. I tried to dial this in on several settings on my grinder and none of them made a difference; this just tastes like a burnt cup of plain coffee.
Coffee tasted burned. Might have been a bad batch.
Delicious - my favorite one so far. Loved the nut flavor without any chocolate notes
Not my favorite. Seemed too bland for my taste.
Too dark for our liking
Solid coffee. A little acidic as a pour over, but very rich and earthy as espresso. Pairs well with sweeter breakfast items (honey, fruit, etc), as they really being out the smokey notes.
Good at first. Over time when the beans weren’t as fresh a little smoky
Very nice body (not too heavy, not too light) and flavors. Very smooth, with prominent notes of cocoa and slight smokiness. If focused on tasting, there are hints of hazelnut or vanilla. I would consider buying this again.
Pretty unbalanced. Smoky, unrefined. Like a stale French roast. We discarded most of the bag.
Excellent well rounded coffee.
Treat taste and aroma
Good, but somewhat indistinct. Just tasted like coffee.
Too light not much flavor
Smooth, more mild than I normally prefer but nice flavor.
Medium Dark Roast with chocolate notes. Perfect morning cup of coffee. Smooth and not bitter. Smells amazing when you grind these beans. I normally like a very dark roast but I am making an exception for this blend. I did not get the smoky tones that is noted here. Nonetheless, I will definitely purchase again.
pretty similar to the other caffe luna, good.
This has been one of our favorites. Consistently perfect shots, smooth flavor.
Wonderful!! So smooth, and rich
Good in flavor but just ok.
it's okay but the flavor is just alright if it's made too strong or too weak
Sweet, not strong enough
Strange acidity and sourness not to my liking.
Very nice flavors. A tad too dark but otherwise a great choice.
Lots of chocolate and caramel flavors that are a little too much.
Better in Chex than aero press. Jess likes the flavors.
This may be my least favorite so far. It had a very artificial taste to it. I didn't pick up any of the nutty or chocolate notes. It was also much lighter than I anticipated. A very unsatisfying cup of coffee all around.
After 2 years with Mistobox, this is one of my favorites. Deep notes of chocolate-covered coffee beans without acidity or bitterness. The perfect cup!
maybe the best coffee ever?!?
Delicious soft chocolate finish. Love it.
Great tasting coffee. Totally unique. Very enjoyable and smooth.
Omg omg - new favorite. The aroma is next level ya'll.
