Description
This is the Peru Rayos Del Sol brought to you by Panther Coffee Roasters. Rayos del Sol is a producer group made up of many smallholder farmers who grow and process coffee in small communities high in the Andean mountains in the Department of Cajamarca, Peru. The cup is sweet, silky, and wonderfully balanced, offering notes of shortbread, milk chocolate, berries, apricot, and mango.
