Description
The Cerberus was carefully roasted for you by Barefoot Coffee Roasters. This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from the Lempira Department in Honduras and was produced between 1,100 and 1,650 meters above sea level. The Ceberus is a rich, dark, and full bodied coffee perfect for automatic drip and espresso brewing. We also love this coffee brewed with a french press, which brings out flavors of dark chocolate and roasted nuts.

Excellent full bodied flavor.

Over all a wonderful cup of coffee, however, the roast level is too low for us (wife and me). The open bag aroma was subtle and inviting. The taste, though weak, was fantastic. It is all a matter of taste, don't be afraid to enjoy this coffee, you won't regret it.

Full bodied, chocolate notes are nice, but also has some unpleasant acidity and off fruitiness not expected in a dark roast. Finally, this is also one of the statickiest, messiest coffees coming out of the grinder.
