This is the Bestpresso brought to you by Bixby Roasting Co. This blend consists of washed and semi-washed coffees from Brazil, Nicaragua, and Ethiopia grown between 1400 and 2000 meters above sea level. This blend is rich and roasty with comforting notes of chocolate, nuts, and baking spices.
I liked it! Good balance, tried with a few different extraction methods. Wasn't super distinct - kind of an everyday coffee.
I found this a bit thin and bitter
ok - nothing to write home about. Kind of bland.
I made it too weak the first day. Second day made the coffee stronger and it was delish
Not nutty, not very rich. Slightly bitter, definitely not very dark roast. Kind of boring.
4.5 - delicious, pleasantly dark without any bitterness, wonderful flavor profile, but feels like the flavors are lacking some robustness
Good body, no acid, super mellow dark. Lacks a little richness but really that's being nit-picky
It’s truly the BEST!
Ok, but please don't re-sent 2 us vs. trying a different brand - thanks!
Wonderful flavor, loved the baking spices notes.
This is a little too strong, I taste the notes
A solid choice, everyday drinking kind of coffee. Nice body, balanced.
A big improvement!
Of the recent coffees we received, we liked this one only okay. If I’m remembering right, I think we found it to be a little bit flat. I wouldn’t get this one again
Strong. full-bodied. Smooth. Mellowness that smooths out the strength.
This coffee is really fantastic for espresso, hence the name. It is perfectly bold and smooth, with a bit of bitterness at the end. I don't like acidic coffees and this had no trace of acidity in the taste profile. The crema from the beans is amazing. I think this is my favorite from the subscription so far.
