Had trouble with this one. It couldn't decide if it wanted to be roasty, or herbal. Not the best for espresso.

I dont like medium roast much and this isnt very good. I will continue messing with the recipe and see if I can get it better. 2.5

This was one of the best coffees I have ever received from Mistobox. Nuanced, unique tasting notes that are manipulable, yet still consistently present through multiple extraction techniques. While decaf isn't normally something that I pursue, I could drink this roast for the rest of my life!

I really like the aroma of this. It's a little hard to pick out the flavors when paired with Anodyne, but I have a feeling this is a good match for me.

This decaf is pretty good. Made it as a pour over and using a home espresso maker, and it was solid by both methods.

Good coffee. 4 stars rather than 5 because it tasted a little burnt and wasn’t especially strong.
