The Organic Peru was carefully roasted for you by Bixby Roasting Co. This Fully Washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of San Ignacio, Cajamarca in Peru and was produced by the Aprocassi Cooperative at 1200-1800 meters above sea level. The Aprocassi is the collective of 452 local Peruvian farmers, and since its founding has heavily invested in worker training programs that focus on improvements in quality and production. This cup is rich and balanced with notes of baker's chocolate, caramel, and cinnamon.
Excellent coffee with a very high amount of crema. I used this coffee with my new bottomless portafilter and it was great. Very chocolatey and delicious. Not too acidic, smooth. Whether made into an espresso shot or americano, it was great.
It was very smooth and we really enjoyed it!
Nice, dark, rich flavor-some nice bitters, but just as described with cocoa, cinnamon, and caramel. Balanced and smooth. This is one I would buy again as a daily drink.
clean with just the right amount of depth, balance and flavor for us, but not too dark or citrusy.
Deep yet smooth. Great coffee!
Tried this one multiple ways with my V60, Aeropress, French Press, and as an espresso. Did not enjoy it. Although, I thought it made a nice milk-based espresso drink!
Good flavor, very smooth.
OMG! This amazingly dark and rich coffee has a creamy mouthfeel and low acidity with strong notes of dark chocolate and a hint of cardboard when brewed with a Saeco Barista. I am very impressed.
A little bitter, even after brewing it with an Aeropress.
loved the richness of this coffee!
Fine, a little bland.
I found this coffee to be more generic in taste. Nothing unique, more bitter than bold. I’m sure it’s a favorite for some but I will not order this one again. Not a bad taste but not memorable or distinct.
Wasn’t as smooth as I like
Great taste, my husband said on the first sip, "this is good coffee"!
Tasted burnt and acidic...like the coffee I used to drink! Not up living up to the expectations of previous roasts
Checking to see if you got my message about not liking the coffee from Peru.
Great taste. I think medium-dark roast is accurate. Produced lots of crema for me.
Really dark for a medium roast
Worst coffee I have ever had from you all. Tastes like an ash tray. Something must have been wrong with the batch they roasted, it as awful.
