This is the Paradox Blend brought to you by Dillanos Coffee Roasters. The blend is comprised of coffees from Central America and Ethiopia with the intent of creating a cup that is sure to become a fast favorite. In the cup, we taste sweet notes that remind us of vanilla cola with a candied aroma and rich, heavy body.
What a interesting smell and taste... just smooth.
Didn't really have enough flavor come through
very solid, good flavors, but not <too> flavorful at all.
Didn't like the cola notes. I'm not a cola drinker.
This one is a bit too sweet, seems like it has notes of a fruity candy.
Nice full bodied dark roast. My second favorite morning coffee after Diablo Blend.
Kind of a smokey/burnt undertone that I wasn’t a huge fan of. It wasn’t bad, but not my favorite of the ones I’ve been sent so far.
LOVED this one
Oily bean. Poor flavor profile. Burnt aftertaste.
I picked this coffee really stoked about the “vanilla cola” notes and what not. But this coffee tasted like a “good” Starbucks coffee at best. The beans were super dark, and it just wasn’t a great coffee.
Not as crazy about this one...maybe the cola notes?
Really like this one, very rich and smooth, not bitter and I loved that it didn't have chocolatey undertones
Please do not send medium or light roasts. Yuck. Too sour.
Very nice finish
Not too bold
This was wonderful coffee. The flavor is powerful but so smooth.
Too weak and light
not as strong as we would have liked
Can't remember too well unfortunately, which means it probably wasn't remarkable
The beans had this odd smell to them that I couldn’t quite get over. I guess that is where the cola notes came in. The coffee was okay, but I just never looked forward to the next cup.
Decent. Smooth and rich
You can taste the Ethiopia and it has a great dark roast profile.
Had a sour taste
did not like ... packaging kind of bad too relatively speaking.
Too dark of a roast for me. Says medium but it’s more of a med dark to dark
Not bad, but it just didn't have the richness of some of the others
