Description
The Guatemala Los Santos was carefully roasted for you by Klatch Coffee Roasting. Los Santos, or "The Saints" coffee, is from a small town with smallholder farmers of San Jos Poaquil, just north of Antigua. From here the coffee makes its way to Beneficio Bella Vista, a mill in Antigua. Bella Vista is owned and run by Luis Pedro Zelaya, a fourth generation coffee producer, miller, and exporter.

This has a much nicer body compared to the past three. Lighter and more inline with my preferences. I'm not able to pick out many flavors, but hints of chocolate break through at points.

We really liked this one. Not bright..."balanced" is the perfect word and conveniently listed in the three flavor descriptors haha. Rich.

I feel like the roast-level is on the darker side which makes it less complex and unable to distinguish itself from other single-origin beans.

This is probably our favorite yet. My husband went out of his way to comment on it, which is rare! We loved the richness and balance most of all.
