Description
This is the Brazil Arara brought to you by Ceremony Coffee Roasters. This 100% Arara variety was grown by Fazenda Rio Brihlante in the Pântano region of Brazil. Araro is a newer yellow variety that yields great quality while resistant to leaf rust, blight, droughts, and heavy rain. Dial into cocoa nib and pecan notes with a 1:16 brew ratio, filtered water at 208-210℉, a medium-coarse grind, and a 3.5-4 minute brew cycle.
