Ceremony has, since I started drinking specialty coffee and primarily making a cup using a pour over, been my favorite roaster. They’ve consistently delivered and this is the roaster I always recommend to people and gift to those who I know appreciate a good cup of coffee. This coffee was one of the best I’ve had from them. Light and complex, the notes coincide beautifully and I went through this bag at lightning pace.
Loved it. Nice and bright. Keep these types coming.
Fantastic flavor. Great coffee
Loved this coffee!
By far my favorite, woody, nutty, slightly smokey and some lemon. Great for every kind of coffee! Pour over and Moka pot are my favorite was to make this one.
Loved the flavors. Really smooth. Perfect blend and roast!!
Great flavors and balance; perfect acidity. Lighter roast but this is a favorite.
Really solid coffee. Dialed in with Commandante MKII, BH Water and V60. Brewing 60 g/L at 200oF to bring out the sweetness present based on the caramel notes. A small hint of cherry but the flavor is largely dominated by the caramel sweetness.
Like this one a lot, too!
We loved it!
Really smooth profile with no one flavor dominating.
i did not receive this bag, i believe that i had paused the subscription at this point, but it looks like i have paid for it?
Good coffee! loved the aroma it put off when brewed!
Tasted very thin to me. Would drink again, but not sure how I feel about this.
The flavor was too bitter and citrusy for my liking.
coffee is ok. flavor profile seems more bland than complex. not sure I taste the 'sugary' tasting note on the label, but I would not want a coffee with that tasting note (did not see this in the online description, but on the coffee label itself) I do not want a sweet coffee.
Some of the best coffee I've had. Just perfect.
Probably one of my favs.
Surprisingly more fruity than what I would've expected from a Columbian.
Not bad. Good initial taste but a bit of an acidic lingering finish.
Dark and bitter
Love the tart cherry/pomegranate notes. Great with chemex. Didn’t have enough body with French press
