The Colombia Diego Bermudez P-02 Process was carefully roasted for you by Goshen Coffee Company. This unique coffee was produced by Diego Bermudez at 1,930 meters above sea level in the Cauca region of Colombia. On his farm El Paraiso, Diego searches for ways to push the boundaries of coffee and flavor. This double-washed anaerobic fermentation he has titled P-02, a process that requires extreme precision and patience. Tropical and citrus fruit flavors meet floral qualities in this exceptional cup.
Intriguing complex flavor from the fermentation process
Very light and tropical

Really unique coffee. Never tasted something with such heavy tropical notes. Very heavy on the mango. Works really well for straight espresso or as an americano. Not as great in cappuccinos or lattes, which I tend to make more of than americanos. Overall, this would be a go to for espresso straight.
This was a unique cup of coffee. I could get the orange blossom notes and it was a very vibrant cup.
Had to grind this super fine to get it to espresso, several ticks finer than most light roasted coffees, and was never quite satisfied with the outcome. Pour over was fine, just nothing bright, vibrant, or exciting here.
WOW this is a fun cup to drink. I love the vibrant complexity in a cup!
Excellent and very flavorful.
Really well-rounded and flavorful. One of the best Columbian coffees I've had in a long time.
Juicy interesting taste, easy to brew.
Strong taste of honeyed floral peach rings or mangos. Absolutely delicious. Also made espressos with it and those fruity flavors still came through.
This is one of the most vibrant, fruity, and interesting coffees I've received in my recent memory!
Aroma of tropical fruit upon pouring the bloom, and a balanced, sweet brew with a complex fermented base and mildly boozy finish.
This one is downright a pleasure to brew and drink!
Great! Peach mango with a caramel aftertaste :D
Really liked the bright fruit
Absolutely delicious. One of the best, most unique coffees I’ve had.
This is the best cup of coffee I've had in a year. I'm blown away.
Absolutely loved this one. I appreciate the way the bouquet of tender sweetness fills my nose after a sip. Please send me more like this :]. I tend to get these experiences from Colombian coffee. The last cup I had that was similar to this was from Colombian beans, and was said to have "blueberry" notes, as well. I might add stuff to my brew queue based on this bag, but if you would like to recommend any to me, feel free to fiddle with my queue if you see something I might really like. Thanks!
the peach candy smell and taste is very prevalent, super interesting roast!
this is OUTSTANDING! Like a floral fruit tea!
Incredible coffee. Might be the best bag I’ve had from Misto. Fruity, tropical starbursts and habanero peppers. Absolutely wild. This is an adventurous coffee, you would have to want a fruit cup to enjoy this, but if that’s your thing, look no further!
Unbelievable nose on this one.
Wow, tropical fruit is right. When hot, I was getting an enjoyable but somewhat generic fruit flavor. As the coffee cools, it completely transforms into something different. A little surprising for a washed coffee, and it certainly stands out. Very well done.
