I was not a fan of the green grape notes. Too acidic.

Black currant came out more in the espresso but not as lively as either pour over or espresso. Enjoyed it most in milk-based espresso drinks.

I really wanted to like this one. Due to problems with shipping I was able to try to separate batches of the same roast profile and was hoping the first one was just a mediocre roast, unfortunately the second bag confirmed the findings of the first. It's not a bad coffee, it's just rather flat. After playing with different temperatures and grind sizes we've found that in our v60 it's best at a medium grind with a low water temp. This will bring out more of the juiciness and a hint of acidity.

Davey
Not great. Muddy and not complex

Similar to many coffee roasts that are available in California as a washed process. Just was rather unremarkable to me, since I am from Sacramento, CA and used to having these.

Oh I died a d went to heaven! Thank you Sight Glass.

Andrea
It's a little bit too light. Beautiful and delicate but a tiny bit too light for a morning coffee

This was the worst coffee we’ve ever had from mistobox. It tasted over roasted, bland, had zero flavor profile and was basically undrinkable. I typically enjoy Colombia coffees as they’re nice a subtle flavors foe the morning but this one was a disaster. My wife adds cream and honey to her coffee and even through all of that, she mentioned it tasted burnt and bland.

Cameron
The coffee was decent but I felt it was a little more developed than what I prefer.

Hanyu
Hard to brew. Bitter taste with thin aroma. Taste like dried beans.

Tyler
Unfortunately though it was marked delivered, I did not receive the coffee..
