We have a Gaggia classics espresso machine. While it was delicious, it didn’t have as complex a flavor as the previous coffee. This bean didn’t give us as much crema as the other one. Even though we were using the same method. I think this changed the flavor profile.
only the first day but I like it. It's different than my usual preference - has a brighter, more acidic (?) flavor.
Not sure if this was an off batch but this was the first misto shipment have not enjoyed. All the rest have been spot on. If it makes any difference for the curator, typically use a Phillips 1200 fully auto espresso machine and prefer light roast. ( Recommended not to use dark roast in autos anyway ) with the occasional French press or pourover on the weekend.
Didn't work well for espresso. Mostly just a lemon flavor.
we loved it
Really enjoyed the flavors. It's a little on the sour/acidic side of my tastes. Definitely still enjoyable, but I think I would have liked a slightly darker roast with a similar flavor profile better...if that makes sense...
Not to my taste
Really enjoyed this one!
Incredible. Sweet and smoky and full of cinnamon. Had strong notes of hazelnut. Still smooth. Had a slight fruitiness but not overwhelming at all. Really incredible coffee.
Very good and smooth. Would like to try something a bit richer but just as smooth.
It was just really sour for some reason. I dont know if that is because it is a light today but it was sour and I would take bitter coffee over sour coffee any day.
