Nick
Love it! Brewed with Kalita and AeroPress. Fruity and bright. Very happy with it.

Jacob
(Brewed on v60) This coffee is fantastic! It is bright and lively without sacrificing any depth. It is complex but in a very clean way. The apricot really shines through and is balanced by what I taste as a hint of tangerine. An excellent selection...thank you!

Jonathan
Love it! Very complex flavor but still light and fruity. Just the aroma when I bloom this in a pour over is incredible. Thanks!

Adam
Really appreciated how bright the flavor was. Great recommendation.

Adam
smooth sightly bitter

Really nice cup. Sessions were initially overdosed in the Chemex. Dosing was dialed-in at around 22 to 25g with a 16g H2O : 1g Coffee ratio. All brews done at 205 degrees.
Not as "fruit forward" as I would have hoped.

This was just too light for me even though I like Light roasts. Lots of citrusy lemon type notes. I thought I've had some Ethiopians that had more body, but overall I'm just looking for a more rich cup of coffee

Ethan
Very tasty coffee, but if I’m being honest not as bright as I had hoped. I think I need to try a natural process Ethiopia side by side with a washed one like this. I definitely get some citrus acidity and a bit of honey sweetness, but it is not nearly vibrant as some Ethiopian varieties I have tried in the past. That said, I’m definitely enjoying it!

So good!

Basic cup of coffee. It's really well balanced and goes down easy. However, I didn't taste any character or strong notes. It reminded me of something I'd get in a basic coffee shop.

Joseph
Light and bright as expected with an Ethiopia but with lots going on. Tasting notes on website very accurate!

Edmund
Light and fruity. Not too acidic. Has a nice lingering flavor that stays on the tongue.

Joshua
Very, very nice coffee. Very complex, and the apricot note shines through nicely. My only preference change would be perhaps more depth, as the lightness of this particular bean gives the brew an almost tea-like quality. This is purely a matter of personal preference and not at all a knock against this particular bean. 4.2 stars.

Caroline
This is my ideal coffee.

I've only made it 3 times so far but it has a nice bright flavor with little to no bad aftertaste (Starbucks has a bad aftertaste to me). Too early to tell but it may be a bit higher in caffeine than what I have been drinking because I consume about 8 cups per day. Doesn't seem too hard on the stomach.

Kimberly
It was good, a bit too acidic for my tastes. I did like the light roast but would prefer something smoother and a bit richer with notes of chocolate while still being light roast.

Joshua
I did not enjoy this at all. It tasted like tea. I made three cups with different methods to see if it was the brew method and all of them we unappealing.

This was our first coffee from Mistobox, and followed another (non-mistobox) Ethiopian coffee, so the tastes were similar. That being said, it was delicious. Very fruity and complex. It required the water to be on the hotter side of the optimal pour-over range.

Luke
I enjoyed this with a stronger brew method: aeropress or moka pot. The flavor was too light for a pour over

Sara
Lovely light flavor. Very smooth. A crowd pleaser.

Cody
Fantastic cup. Light mouthfeel. Subtle flavors and undeniably smooth.

Gur
this coffee is amazing for slow drip

Kyle
Light and pleasant taste when brewed properly. A tad finicky to brew, as overexposure is easy to accidentally do. Brewed at 94C and pour over.

Fantastic

David
Not much flavor, quite bland

Zack
It came as beans not ground.
