Did not enjoy. The sweets hit but it's very light and not very complex. Do not recommended.

Generally disappointed overall by the roaster's quality. If you inspect the coffee beans they were not sorted for size and are completely different sizes, which means the roast is also uneven. Unfortunately has too many off flavors.

Very nearly perfect. Incredibly well balanced with nice fruit forward without tartness, balanced nicely with a smooth chocolatey sweetness that ends up with a cup that reminds me of strawberry and dark chocolate. This bean is also a delight to pull shots with, providing much better resistance than many light roasts resulting in consistent, beautiful extraction.

Really clear, bright flavors in this one. Easy to get a great cup with a pour-over.

Beautiful aroma. And one that the taste closely mimicks but, oddly somehow fails to equal. I'm not saying it isn't very good, just too fruity for me. The tasting notes of Berries & Honeysuckle are dead on. If that's your thing, this is your coffee.
