The Ethiopian Jibicho was carefully roasted for you by Noble Coffee Roasting. This Full Natural coffee was grown in the Gedeo Zone between 1,800 and 1,900 masl. Jibicho is named for its producer, Bedhatu Jibicho, one of the most experienced coffee producers in Ethiopia. This special coffee was a Good Food Award finalist in 2019 and we're excited to have it back tasting better than ever. It has a sweet and syrupy quality with juicy peach strawberry, rich chocolate, and a floral finish of rose petals and cantaloupe.
