The Peru Puno was carefully roasted for you by Methodical Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was grown by 5 smallholder farms situated 1,800-2,100 meters above sea level in Puno's Sandia Valley in Peru. A collection of Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica varieties combines to create a cup that is balanced, juicy, and complex with flavor notes of candied lime, fig, and date.
Very good. The taste is less pronounced than some of my favourite African's, but it is present. It is very balanced and smooth, I would not describe it as syrupy--complex seems appropriate. I was brewing as espresso.
