I got the grapefruit on the front and slight sweet notes. Really enjoyed this in the press.
My family and I didn’t like it much, we found it too sweet and light and would prefer something much much darker, something closer to the Starbucks Verona or French roast
Didn’t enjoy flavor
Light body, with notes of raisin and a sour finish.
It is exactly as described and for the type and roast it is very good, but it is not my normal preferred roast.
I didn't like the "sour" aftertaste.
Great coffee, well balanced with light and refreshing notes.
Used a Behmore coffee maker with temp 205, pre-soak 1min 15sec. Tastes great! Not sure if pre-soaking does anything.? Still adjusting a bit. Rookie to fresh roasts, so don't really know how to describe. I'm not a fan of really sharp/acidic tastes. When my pre-soak time was 1min 30sec and a little coarser grind, this coffee was a little too sharp.
