Take Me Home was carefully roasted for you by Greater Goods Coffee Roasters. This Red Honey processed coffee was sourced from San Marcos in the Tarrazu region of Costa Rica and was grown by Hermanos Solis at 1,650 - 2,000 meters above sea level. These catuai coffee cherries are hand-picked, quickly brought to their Don Oscar micromill, and then red honey processed for a deeply sweet cup. Caramel, toffee, and marzipan flavor notes are met with soft citrus-like acidity in this balanced, yet complex coffee.
Not great. This was roasted on 10/12 and then appeared to sit in a warehouse somewhere for quite some time; I didn't receive it until 10/18. Not sure if the warm week baked out the flavor notes or if the roast itself just wasn't good. I've had Greater Goods from a local cafe closer to the roaster, and it was quite nice, so I suspect the shipping delay caused the poor quality.
